Went in for a phone.On paying it asked for my income social security number and other info.then asks me what credit card I wanted.I told the guy working there I don't want a credit card.hit cancel then on the cc machine asks if I want to pay 49.99 membership.i asked what is this.he tells me it's free today.i hit ok and charged me 49.99?I had to have the Mgr take off the charge.I'll never go back to best buy.

Awesome customer service! Helped me choose the right product. Also helped with identifying discounts on the price. Had a smooth experience. Everyone I interacted with was polite, helpful and kind. So glad there is still a physical store. It helps to go see the product in person and interact with humans to get better understanding of the product.
