Rude, unkind and will laugh in your face for asking questions. Do yourself a favor and visit the Verizon store a few blocks away on Causeway St if you have to go to one.

- DDDavidJul 5, 20255.0My wife and I were on a trip to Boston and using GPS a lot to the point it was giving me warning about % of data left so I said let's find a Verizon Wireless store and look at changing to an unlimited plan. We had to wait about 10 minutes as 2 people were on break but it ended up being worth it because we were able to upgrade to unlimited and if we chose auto pay it knocks $20 off the bill each cycle which will make our bill less than what we were paying for a 4 GB data plan. So happy we made the trip. It was literally 7 minutes from the hotel. I
