- CCChris2 days ago1.0Made an appointment for 6:40pm. Rushed to get there a park. For a cracked screen. They only ran diagnostic which takes only 5 minutes , just to tell me to either leave the phone or drop it off any other day before 5pm . They said there’s were 4 repairs in front of mine. So why did the online support allow me to make the appointment if I couldn’t get it fixed within that time before closing ? Waste of my time

Overall the customer service was very unprofessional also rude, they were all huddled up talking with each other and I had to wait for at least 30 minutes. Also Felipe had a very rude tone.
- EEE6 days ago1.0Just get rid of navigator role pls. It ruined our experience today around 3 pm. And the boss of the floor 2 couldn’t really help us but they must have thought that they are genuinely master of serving customers, which is not true at all.

Every order was automatically canceled with no explanation. There is no way to resolve this online—customers are forced to call or visit a store. This is a broken purchasing system and a poor customer experience.
