  I went to the Bedford MA Verizon to look at getting a Samsung Tablet. Anthony (goes by Andrew) Davis was the only sales person there. He said he was the manager and could help me. He said the tablet I wanted was on promotion and it would be $10.00 per month for the service. I paid the sales tax and I asked for a receipt but said the printer wasn't working and I could get it online. About two weeks later I needed some help with setting up the tablet so I went to my local Verizon store in Saugus, MA I typically go there because of the excellent customer service. Brittney is the sales person who usually helps me, shes excellent. She looked up my account and said the Tablet wasn't on promotion and Im paying $30. a month for the plan. She couldnt help me because the store I got it from wasn't a corporate Verizon store, but an authorized dealer I would need to go back and see Andrew. I called the Bedford store but he wasnt there. They said he's in the Billerica Verizon store located at 700 Boston Rd in Billerica. I met with Andrew in Billerica, he said the tablet was on promotion, I was getting a credit on my bill and wasnt really paying for it. He said since it was within 30 days he could take it back. He scanned it in and I asked for a receipt but he made some excuse about the receipt and gave me a piece of paper saying it was suspended. It was not a real receipt. This was not an easy transaction dealing with this guy. When I got my bill a couple weeks later, it was about $165.00 more than what I was paying prior to this fiasco with Andrew the clown! I called Verizon they told me the tablet had not been returned. Its a $1000.00 and now Im getting charged per month for it. I have 3 cell phones on my plan. He changed the unlimited plan on one of the lines and added some additional services I never asked for. They couldn't help me until the tablet was returned. I called Verizon and explained everything to the associated. We called on a conference call the Billerica store to speak to Andrew. Luis another sales person who was there when I returned the tablet said Andrew was off. I explained to Luis what was going on. He confirmed over the phone to the Verizon associate, I returned the tablet he witnessed it and he said there are cameras in the store to prove it. I called the next day and spoke to Andrew. I told him the tablet wasn't showing up as being returned. He seemed so confused and said that he took it back with out charging me a restocking fee. Ok, like hes doing me a favor! He said he would go through and remove the extra services he added and he would take care of all this. He didn't! I called Verizon and they helped me as much as they could by removing the AI cloud he added and by changing the unlimited plan back to the original less expensive plan.. He really screwed me! I also told them he never gave me back my sales tax I paid.They said when its returned I will get that. About a week and a half later, the tablet is still not returned! This store is an authorized dealer not a corporate Verizon store. Advice only deal with corporate Verizon store if you want real service. I called the company Russell Wireless that owns this store and left two messages no one ever called me back. This guy was a joke, completely incompetent, all over the place with his BS stories and excuses. One of the Verizon associates suggested he lied about the tablet being on promotion just to meet his monthly quota. The guys a joke representing himself as a sales manager ****WARNING DONT GO TO VERZON AT 700 BOSTON ROAD, BILLRICA MA AND RUN IF ANDREW OFFERS TO HELP YOU!! The worst service from this guy Andrew Davis definitely making a bad name for himself. This is not the end!

  Customer Service was excellent! Luis Rodrigues was very helpful and knowledgeable! My husband and I are very happy!

  Doors locked when I showed up at 4 pm on weekday. Hours dont seem to be correct
