    Went in last Wednesday for a new phone and had a great experience. Store recently got some new management and they are MUCH more helpful. Didnt have headphones I wanted in stock to go with the phone so they were kind enough to order me a pair.

    We needed to replace my husband’s very old Galaxy Phone in an emergency Sunday. We ended up at the Verizon Store on 700 Boston Road in Billerica, MA. Thank goodness. Carlos helped us. Outstanding. There are not enough words to describe the positive experience we had was. Carlos was alone in the front of the store. He greeted everyone, got the story on what they needed and let them know how many were in front of them waiting. He patiently and with great knowledge answered every issue with every customer, in person and by phone. When it was our turn, he helped my husband, not upswing him at all. But by being honest and getting him the best replacement phone for his needs. He told us when the data transfer would be ready. And it was. He was sensitive to the elderly customer before us, who was clearly having financial issues. He found an excellent work around for her. We could not believe his work ethic. We can say that this was the single best Verizon experience our family of four has ever had in 30+ years. Thank you Carlos so much.
