    Huge thanks to Daniel and Top for their amazing service! After three weeks of struggling to get this done, they stepped in, took ownership, and made it happen. They tried multiple options and completed the transfer smoothly. Really appreciate their effort and kindness!

    I came to Verizon for a better deal. They took my old Samsung phone. I got 3 phones from Verizon as an upgrade that will be paid $50/phone/month for 2 years. It turned out to be 3 years. At the end, I paid $1,800/phone in addition to losing the money from the old phone I turned in for supposedly $800. My bill was around $420 for 4 lines before I reached out to Verizon to find a way to lower the monthly payment. The next month, they charged me $301 but the month after, the bill went up again. The problem, it’s on autopay. To all Verizon customers, make sure you keep looking at your bill if you are on autopay. I reached out to Verizon to reimburse me the difference, but instead, they sent me a text message for a 5 star review. I’ve been with Verizon for 10 years, but today I am all set. T-mobile gained a new customer.

    I visited the store today to simply drop off my old phone as part of a trade-in. When I started speaking, I was cut off with 'Phone number?' I tried speaking again and was cut off again with 'Did you reset it?' I answered 'no, I wasn't aware that I needed to as I received no such instructions online'. What followed was a big sigh and eye roll from the Verizon store representative. Two stars only b/c I was able to complete the transaction fairly quickly, but I will certainly never visit this store again for any reason. A new low in customer service.

    Ive been a Verizon customer for 21 years and yesterday I dreaded the phone upgrade/transfer data process. I’m not technically savvy with setting up phones. Malcom was a rock star. I walked in and got help right away. The process took maybe 30 minutes. Customer service was amazing because of Malcom. Just another reason to stay with Verizon. Thank you Malcom!
