    The customer service at this store is BEYOND EXCELLENT! I cannot say enough nice things about Jon and his ability to help! His customer service, knowledge, ability to troubleshoot, willingness to listen is beyond description. Also a nice shout out to Jose, who was working as well. As a person who holds on to a phone for 10 years and has absolutely no desire to do upgrades, the best thing I could possibly say is that Jon makes me want to upgrade to a new phone every year! He was simply excellent in his ability to get a brand new phone kickstarted, with all my apps working perfectly. Wonderful customer service - a great way to start the year. I am going to highly recommend this store to my friends!

    Jon Guzman is hands down the best thing that ever happened to Verizon. I was simply there to return my WiFi equipment ended up upgrading my service my phone and a connecting my devices appropriately. He was honest and matter of fact. He wasn’t trying to sell me on anything. I did all the asking and he provided clear, simple answers. I’m telling all my friends and family. He makes a great addition to Bedford’s Marketplace. We needed a solid cornerstone place with solid customer service. Can you hear me, now? Head over to Bedford’s Verizon and ask for Jon. You won’t be disappointed!!! It’s a clean, calm vibe with great support. What more can you ask for?
