My elderly mother needed a phone charger and instead Cisco talked her into a new phone and made changes to my account without my permission or authorization costing my mother over $300 that day and increased my monthly bill. He even added on things that she will never need or use like cloud storage. Highly unethical salesman!! Avoid this store!!
