My phone was inoperable, but Cisco not only helped me recover all my data to put on my new phone, but he did so professionally and with a constant smile. I was not in the store long at all as Cisco provided both quick and very efficient service. I was also able to get me daughter a new phone in this short span of time. Nice job Cisco, you are a credit to the Auburn store!
