I originally chose this clinic because it was close to me and offered a free first visit, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect. From that very first appointment, I was blown away by the kindness, professionalism, and care the whole team provides. Over the summer, I took in a cat who turned out to be pregnant, and Dr. Merrill and his team have been there for us every step of the way. Without their support, I don’t know how I would have managed to care for my new cat and her kittens. Whenever I have a question or concern, they are always attentive, responsive, and kind, and they do their best to accommodate our needs. Dr. Merrill is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also friendly and compassionate. He takes the time to educate me, explains treatment options clearly, and always makes sure I feel comfortable with the decisions. I never feel pressured, and I trust his expertise completely.
