  I take my cat here and can’t recommend this clinic highly enough. From the moment you walk in, you can tell everyone genuinely cares. Every staff member I’ve met (vet techs, receptionists, and the vets) is kind, patient, and always willing to help. I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed once, and they take the time to make sure you feel confident and comfortable with the care your pet is receiving every time. Dr. Kidd is truly exceptional. He goes above and beyond in every visit, taking the time to explain things clearly, answer every question, and make sure both you and your pet feel at ease. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and it shows every time we see him. That has been a huge reason why I trust this clinic completely. He makes every visit smooth, informative, and we will continue to see him as long as we can. The vet techs we have seen are amazing, knowledgeable, and compassionate, and the receptionists are always friendly and eager to help with anything you need. Wait times are reasonable, and it’s a smaller office so you won’t ever be sitting and waiting for hours like other clinics. They will go out of their way to answer questions, address concerns, and ensure your pet is receiving the best possible care. I wouldn’t trust my cat with anyone else. This is hands-down the best veterinary team in the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I was a little leary reading the reviews for VCA to call but my son and I had to put our 17 year old cat down today. From the moment of first call everyone was so kind and compassionate. We were able to get in rather quickly and were greeted extremely nicely by reception staff...the assistant was very kind and caring also. The Dr. we had was the best! She examend our cat with such compassion and provided informed options. We agreed it was his time. They followed through with the process and didn't rush us at all. I think this place was great and didn't feel it was overpriced at all.
