Went in today about 2:30 in the afternoon. The person at the front desk was, let’s say not very friendly. I went in to pick up the Flea and tick treatment For our border collie, the person asked if we had called in the prescription. I said no and they looked up our boys information. She then proceeded to say that we could not get the prescription because they had already given us a one year prescription for the medication. I called my partner to figure out what was going on the person at the front desk, spoke to my partner, and repeated the same things my partner, then explained that even though we had received the prescription and wanted to purchase it from chewy that it had not gone through. She repeated that we couldn’t get his prescription and then my spouse asked for a copy of the prescription. The person made it out to be some big state secret and eventually went back because they needed to ask the manager or something and before they did, she made it clear that she just didn’t want us double dipping. Eventually, she came back and she was able to get a copy for us. I then proceeded to ask or make a comment saying it sounds like copies of prescriptions are a big deal at this place. She said well we can’t give you another prescription and I pointed at the paper and I asked OK that’s fine. We’re not asking for another prescription. We were simply asking for a copy of the prescription. I tried a couple more times just for my own understanding and gave up. It’s clear that this person had already made up their mind that we were running some sort of flea and tick treatment where we don’t use the same prescription to somehow Stockpile Prescriptions. Either way we’ve been to this location now twice the first time was great, but it was also a very different person at the front desk last time today Frank made me feel like some kind of criminal. I don’t think we’ll be back if I’m gonna show up and be made to feel like a criminal. What’s the incentive question? What’s interesting? Is that in a field where it’s all about taking care of the animals we put our faith on being able to pick up a prescription because it didn’t work out with chewy and we walked away with no prescription which means our border collie is lacking their treatment. Maybe you can train your people to assume Goodwill.

Nice people, seem caring. A bit overpriced. Paid $40 for my small dog to have nails clipped while there for medical issues..

Great people, friendly and caring. The staff was very open to questions and provides great info. The vet was patient and took his time with my dog. Listened to what I had to say and answered all my questions. Their packages are good and reasonably priced.
