    Today went to Verizon store in downtown Andover to upgrade my Apple phone to the 17Pro. Erick was very responsive and helpful. Had a very good deal after trade-in. It included a phone case, phone glass protector and a super fast wall charger. Left my old phone with him to do the new install which took less than an hour while I had lunch in a nearby restaurant. Erick also told us we had been overpaying on our Verizon Phone plan and made the adjustments to our rate. Overall a good experience and highly recommend.

    Bryan was awesome! He laid out all of our options, listened to our needs and thoughtfully offered suggestions. He was a pleasure to deal with and got us in and out, with two new phones and accessories relatively quickly!
