Erick made the experience of getting a new phone joyful - he was helpful at every step along the way and very consultative during the process. Getting a new phone can be stressful and Erick walked me through all my options and I left with confidence. 10/10 - would recommend working with Erick!

I read reviews about this store and am inclined to agree. The guy there is nice and helpful. I went there with a question and he answered it. My question was about phone upgrades. He answered it by going into my profile. I left without making any upgrade nor requesting for anything else. So I get home and I see I have text messages and one is from Verizon thanking me for adding Verizon Cloud Services for 10 bucks a month. Huh? My family has 6TB of iCloud+ why in the world would I ask for Verizon’s cloud service? My big issue about this is that my older brother generally goes to that store and I am helping him with his services and general finances. I have found he’s been duped into services he doesn’t need by Verizon. So I was willing to call it a simple mistake. A Verizon representative just adding services you don’t ask for Willy nilly. I’m on hold now for like 30 minutes trying to get some answer from Verizon but I’m doubting I’ll get any. Be wary people. Yes they are nice at the stores, very nice. But double check your services to see if they didn’t slip in something you don’t need “by mistake”.

I actually met Lucas at different store recently but I think this is his home store. Plus I already gave Stoneham store 5 star review a few years ago. Thank you for help with purchase of Samsung S25 Ultra 512gb. This is an awesome phone and you made it smooth.

Erick at Verizon is the best. He is 100% pleasant, patient and delightful. I have been using Verizon for over 15 years and he is by FAR the best I’ve ever dealt with. I as in the store when the Verizon outage happened and people kept coming in so upset that their phones weren’t working. He was so calm and reassuring to everyone. Some people got very angry but he remained pleasant. A young boy came is so scared because he couldn’t call his mom. Erick helped the boy get on Verizon’s WiFi and then showed him how to FaceTime his mom. The boy was able to reach her. Then Erick told the boy he could stay at the store until his mom picked him up. I wish everyone could be as kind as Erick.
