Can I register for the loyalty programme online and get a discount when buying from the online store?
You can register to be a member of the online store on our website. You can then log in when placing an order and receive a 5% discount automatically. This discount only applies to the online store.
How quickly will a package I ordered online arrive?
Orders will arrive at the parcel machine you have chosen within 1-7 business days after payment. If payment was made during the weekend or a holiday, the delivery will be made within 1-7 business days from the end of the holiday period. Special circumstances may cause delays in delivery.
Can gift cards be used and purchached in the online store?
Physical gift cards can only be purchached and used only in physical stores.
Is it possible to purchase items in instalments?
Sportland offers payment in instalments through Inbank for products priced €100-2000 (discounts do not apply for instalment payments unless stated otherwise). What should I do if a product is faulty?
If a product has been bought in store:
Please turn to your nearest Sportland, where you can fill out a defective product return application and file your complaint. The returned item will be inspected and the store will inform you within 15 days of the possible solution to your complaint.
If a product has been bought through our store:
Faulty products are returned to the central warehouse. Faults must be indicated and described on the return form (if you don’t have a return form, you can write the information on a blank sheet of paper in freeform). You must include your order number, contact details and bank account number. To return a package for free, write to klienditeenindus@sportland.ee and you will be sent a package label and instructions for returning the package..
How long do warranties last?
We don’t offer warranties on our products, but you have the right to file a consumer complaint on products purchased from our store for two years after purchase.

Product is purchaced from the e-shop
* You have the right to return a product and receive a refund within 14 days after receiving a product.
* You can exchange a product purchased online for the same product in a different size in store. You can’t exchange a product for another product.
* Unfortunately, exchanging products is not available through our online store.
Returning if products have been ordered to the Omniva parcel machine:
you can find returing code from the Omniva's email or the SMS what have been sent. With this returning code, you can return the products free of charge from from all Omniva parcel machines and post offices. Add the address card on the returned package. Select "return package" on the parcel machine screen, enter the return code and place the package to the parchel machine box. The courier will add the return address card to the package when package will be picked.
Returning if the products have been ordered by Omniva courier or there is no return code:
If you don't receive a return code with a parcel notice, you can return the package with the original package code from all Omniva parcel machines and post offices. Add the address card on the returned package. Select "return package" on the parcel machine screen, enter the return code and place the package to the parchel machine box. Returning if products have been ordered via DPD:
To return the package, stick the DPD return label to package which will be returned. Then find the nearest DPD parcel machine and select on the screen "send package" and then "send pre-formed package". Scan the barcode on the package label and select the package size. Put the package in the parcel machine box, close the door and confrim the delivery of the package.

Sending products between stores
"We will send a product from one store to another for you if you are certain about the product’s suitability (including size) and you are certain you want to buy it. A transport fee of €5 (€15 for larger items) will be added to the price.
We will not move products between stores if:
1) the product is at a discount larger than 20%
2) the product is available at another Sportland in the same city
3) the product is available in our online shop (WH stock availability)
4) the product is available at a Sportland Outlet

To have a receip duplication, please fill in all the boxes at URL and atach a free-form application with a digital signature.
I filled out a repeat receipt request, when will I receive a check?
If the submitted application is filled in correctly, a repeat receipt will be sent to you within 15 days. Unfortunately, it is not possible to issue a repeat receipt in case of incorrect or incomplete data.
