I was having totally debilitating issues with getting the flip phone I bought to work on my Verizon service. I tried everything I could think of and sought out help online with zero results. I spoke to customer service for nearly TWO HOURS and was just dragged around in circles until I eventually had to hang up. With absolutely NO hope left, I brought the phone into the Fremaux location to see if we'd have better luck in person. Jacob tried EVERYTHING. I mean, he stayed nearly to close refusing to let this problem get the better of him. I was more or less telling him I had given up but I was grateful for his time. He would not accept defeat xD He said he had one last idea but that it was a stretch. I'm not tech-y so I was just along for the ride lol. BUT IT WORKED!!! After all that back and forth, all the stress I'd been putting myself through while trying to make this transition, BOOM! The phone works fabulously. I was truly ready to take the phone to a different provider thinking it just wasn't compatible. But I'm happy to stay I'll be sticking with Verizon! Any time I or my husband have ANY issues with our devices or services, he's our guy. Nobody else helped like he did-- I'm so grateful. And happy with my new flip phone!

As well as allow me to explain my issue to someone who may have been fairly new and lacked experience elsewhere. I’d highly recommend meeting with your staff to explain how important in store interactions are.
