    This five star review is ENTIRELY dedicated to an employee, I believe his name is Jacob. I was having totally debilitating issues with getting the flip phone I bought to work on my Verizon service. I tried everything I could think of and sought out help online with zero results. I spoke to customer service for nearly TWO HOURS and was just dragged around in circles until I eventually had to hang up. With absolutely NO hope left, I brought the phone into the Fremaux location to see if we'd have better luck in person. Jacob tried EVERYTHING. I mean, he stayed nearly to close refusing to let this problem get the better of him. I was more or less telling him I had given up but I was grateful for his time. He would not accept defeat xD He said he had one last idea but that it was a stretch. I'm not tech-y so I was just along for the ride lol. BUT IT WORKED!!! After all that back and forth, all the stress I'd been putting myself through while trying to make this transition, BOOM! The phone works fabulously. I was truly ready to take the phone to a different provider thinking it just wasn't compatible. But I'm happy to stay I'll be sticking with Verizon! Any time I or my husband have ANY issues with our devices or services, he's our guy. Nobody else helped like he did-- I'm so grateful. And happy with my new flip phone!

    This store provides poor customer service to the point where I almost cancelled my service and went elsewhere. Everyone seemed to lack basic knowledge of issues. As well as allow me to explain my issue to someone who may have been fairly new and lacked experience elsewhere. I’d highly recommend meeting with your staff to explain how important in store interactions are.

    Nice store. I was greeted immediately by a nice sales associate. All they do is sell phones. If you need any other help they give you a slip of paper with phone numbers on it to call so don’t waste your time if you don’t want to buy a phone

    The stores personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a sales rep knock on my door with an off for Verizon internet. He checked through my phone the coverage of my current wifi. He said his company could match the exact same coverage for 25.00. I wasn't sure and asked lots of questions. Like in 30 days will the price go up? He said no. And I get the exact coverage as what I'm currently getting? He said yes. I then stated that my grandson has wifi issues occasionally since his room is farther the the rest of us from the box. He stated that they could provide an additional unit to keep any lags away if I wanted for no extra charge. Since I am on a fixed income I said okay I will give you a try. After receiving the new box which just plugs in(my other box was fiberoptics). I went on the app to sent up my account and start the process. I did have wifi but I couldn't get into the app. I contacted my sales rep who tried to walk me through it. After 3 trys the system locked me out. He said we could try again tomorrow. Yet he never called or reached out. I finally got a ride to this store in Slidell. They helped me get in. Yay! BUT.... when I got home I was having issues with getting in. I then called the support number the store gave me. They helped and was very polite. I wanted to move my billing date to when I receive my check. They informed me it would be possible but it looks like they already did?? Looking farther into it He said I would be billed for 2 months before my regular payments would start. A fee of 116.13😳 I said thats for 2 months?? He said yes I then ask then how much is my monthly bill. He said 60.00 dollars a month 😳. I explained what his door to door sales man ( Raul) quoted me he took 30 minutes looking at my contract and could find no specials or bonus codes that would give me that rate. Not only was I lied to but the quality of their wifi was a plug in where my old wifi was fiber optics. Which is much better. To add insult to injury my wifi was down. Apparently the had an issue with the tower or their devices because my neighbor who has their phone service was out too. Needless to say. I returned their equipment and returned to my old service. I don't like being lide to. $60.00 is alot more then$25.00. I hope his company does something about him. Blatant lies.🤬
