- JBJack BJan 27, 20262.0As if paying 3 times as much for service that can't handle the load it's under isn't bad enough, trying to request decent customer service from some agents in person is even worse. Jacob helped with nothing. Didn't look up my number to see I'm a loyal customer for over a decade. Didn't try to take any responsibility or initiative. Looked like he really could not care any less. He said I was responsible for "my mistake" saying I "requested the wrong service" when I was charged 3 separate times for a new phone when a free screen repair was an available option and all I needed. Every time i needed the screen fixed, I called Verizon, and they NEVER offered me this info. An Assurion employee that used to work for VZW told me I had that option. For so much money every month for over a decade, you'd think someone would care that you needed help and human with empathy to talk to and help find a solution. Hopefully your loyalty department gives a shit today. Otherwise we'll be happy move all of our accounts away from Verizon, and site good ol' Jacob as the last straw. Not mad, just disappointed. 👎
