- ZZZachOct 22, 20251.0I contacted the store directly because I was told to do so by chat support, which is awful. I’ve talked to about seven people in the last two months in regards to my promotional credit issue. Chat support told me that the store needs to escalate the situation to fix my problem, which is my promotional iPhone 14 credit to my account I’m supposed to get $20 a month for 10 months Which has not happened and I have not done anything wrong. The customer service person I talked to today at the actual store didn’t even know about the promotion or what I was talking about so I requested a manager. I was told the manager he’s not available and they never come in. I said that’s crazy. She then proceeded to text the manager, and the manager said that I have to come into the store to deal with this, but I work out of state so that is not possible for me at the moment. The crazy thing is me going to the store has nothing to do with the manager escalating my Problem to the back office in the first place. It doesn’t require me being there in person. These people are ridiculous and their customer service is awful.
