Asked several employees several times on 4 different occasions on the availability of the product we wanted to buy. They kept saying “we will send someone” but never did. We waited around for 35+ minutes and watched as the other couples around us got help within five minutes of asking (one of the couples was also checking the availability of a printer and got answers before us)as we stood around although we asked long before the others had even walked in the store. The situation felt very racist/ageist since we were the only young/colored couple there and the only ones not getting help.

They have been around for about 20 years in the area and I use them for purchasing the correct software & hardware I need to run my office as well as they troubleshoot any problems that come up sometimes - rare when a problem happens but they keep record of everything I buy from them and things that they have done for me and they are all just outstanding young men (& sometimes a young woman).
