    This particular store and their customer service sucks big time. They will give you the run around if you need help. Even after talking to one of the managers named Josh who promised to resolve my issue with a wrongful charge for $322 and he told me that he has set up for the refund and it’s been almost two months now and I have not received the refund back to my checking account. I have been calling the store almost every day for over a month and have never been able to talk to Josh, and he never called me back ever after he had given me his direct number and I have tried calling and texting him there. This place changes employees so frequently too. I’m at the store now for over 35 minutes and JOSH won’t come out to talk to me even though he is here and I have seen him! He just went back and hiding!! Pathetic!!

    Stopped by today to drop off my old apple watch as a trade in. All three of the workers were attending customers. After about 15 mins of waiting, the salesperson was wrapping up when a gentleman walked in off the street who apparently had been in the store earlier in the day. As I was stepping forward to be attended as it was my turn, the young man walked pass me and said, "I'll be with you after I take care of him". My question is how long can you leave the store and not have to return to the line. Was that gentlemans time more valuable than mine? After waiting 15 minutes patiently, standing in line, I was disgusted and walked out of the store and drove over to Bossier where the people actually greeted me and handled my turn-in. They were VERY polite and in control of the customers waiting.

    Went in just to drop off phone after upgrading. Both gentlemen were with customers- when one walked away from salesman, still shopping - I informed him I just needed to turn in phone for trade-in. Was told there were just the 2 of them, and they were busy. Waited about 10 minutes and the other customer left the store to find an ATM, there was some discussion between salesmen where the closest ATM was. She left - I stood and spoke to the other salesman, Again stating I just need to return this phone. He informed me that I needed to wait until that customer returned from the ATM, there is not one very near this store. I was like " I need to wait until she returns to the store??" What ?? He then tries to be like " there no need to get upset" - again like what ? I'm not even close to being upset- I just can't believe I'm having to wait for a customer that has left the building. He then decides to help me- takes my phone- gets my number and I'm told I'll get an email for verification- took 30 seconds max. Asking to wait on a customer that left - who knows if she was even coming back.

    I bought a new IPhone 17 here just one month ago. The phone failed on its own today. Verizon would only mail me a replacement. The manager would not come out from the back. Absolutely unreal.
