Guy just needed to speak to a worker and they all would not even take a minute to get on the phone and had him waiting almost 20 minutes. I’ve worked in customer service and all they had to say was I apologize just one moment and get on the phone. It literally took not even 1 minute. I was returning internet device. It was like the reps were just worried about ones spending money. Which I did not appreciate because I have been with Verizon with phone and internet service for along time. It was very rude. And they weee rude in front of other people.
