He 'helpfully' recommends I simply start from square one and go back into long holds in phone queue which is what I did the first time around, when they scheduled me an appointment with him. This was a project with a hard stop timeline that would impact a serious health condition. If you were going to cancel, would have been nice to hear it as soon as you rcvd my assignment. After sitting in the queue for 25 minutes tonight to reschedule, I finally hung up, gave up. Will use a locally owned business.
