  I’m here as I type and can’t believe the horrible attitude I’m dealing with over damage done during an installation. I’m speaking with Natossia (manager) about a part to my car gear shifter that was replaced with an after market piece (that’s too thick) after being lost during installation. She has an AirPod in one ear, and the store earpiece in the other. She came over with an attitude while on a personal call and literally disregarded me trying to speak and explain what’s clearly written in the description of what the dealership did. I had to ask “are you listening.” She then tells the person on the phone “let me call you back!” What the dealership did was attempt to repair my shifter that was stuck in drive with the aftermarket piece the technician used at BestBuy. I mean, I can’t go home stuck in drive, and I was so lucky for them to fit me in. In the description it says that if it pops back out of place the whole shifter needed to be replaced. I asked her what do I do then when she was finally listening, and she immediately said “oh well we’re not replacing it, and snatched the refund away she was attempting to begin to hand to me, walked off, and made me wait another 20 minutes before she came back and started to say something about corporate, which I had already figured I’d need to do based off how I was treated over this. The job was done a week ago. I called before all of this and was assured through customer service they’d be happy to help and refund me because they had no appointment for today. All that total tech member bs is out the window. I’m still shocked. BTW the technicians in the back are really awesome guys! He let me know the piece was lost and replaced. Wont be back though.

  The staff is nice. I ordered a playstation 5 fornite bundle that was still on sale for 449. 00 in the store. (I assume it was from black Friday as the regular playstation 5 was still 549.00 in store that were in stock) This of course led to me buying a 75 inch QLED that was delivered today. It was also on sale for 449.00. The same TV is still on sale today for 519.00 so timing counts here. The TV was 749.00 regular price so I saved about 400 dollars overall on it and the playstation 5. If you have over a 700 hundred credit store or higher I suggest getting their credit card. Purchases over 299 can be financed for 12 months no interest. This is also one of the few places I highly recommend getting the warranty. My daughter broke her iPad and playstation 5 controller and they were replaced in less than a week.

  Came for the 30th anniversary Pokemon drop today. Was here at 6:30am anticipating a line for 10am opening. At 8am once staff came told me it’s at 12pm so I left and came back at 10:05am for the 12pm drop. All 30plus people waited patiently outside till they let us in. A guy with his kids came 20min before 12pm saying he’s for Pokemon goes inside. Once they let us in at 12pm they basically cut the whole line and where at register buying before 12pm time period. No signs that if you have kids you can basically cut the whole line. Only that the Pokemon drop is at 12pm and that we have to wait outside. This is 2026 it’s not Best Buy first time selling Pokemon cards and are already familiar with customer base which is mostly middle age to older people. Pathetic management from best buy like why do you guys get mad at grown people buying the cards. Pokemon has been out since 1996 don’t forget that. The line got longer after taken the picture! I’ll for sure remember to BRING MY KIDS TO ALL DROP DAYS NEXT TIME SO I CAN CUT EVERYONE!

  I like the layout of the store and the people that work here, I've been coming here off and on for years and I haven't had a bad experience. I went when the mega evolution boxes came out and they were sadly sold out but they had some cool tins left!
