I just had the most awful experience!! I came to best buy to purchase a replacement surface pro seven plus keyboard. I was told I had to purchase the keyboard they told me would fit before I could check to see if it actually fit my surface pro. I purchased the one they said would fit. It did not fit! I knew it wasn't gonna fit because because my keyboard was bigger than the new keyboards box. Clerk refused to listen to me. Total waste of my time!

Go to the Bossier store. Went to this dump twice. First time, not a soul in sight to assist. Second time, I’m checking out (after literally having to corner a worker for help) and had the pleasure (or lack of) of dealing with Rhonda. She abruptly gets pissy asking what I’m changing on my profile and then when I ask how long it takes to bring out the product she was rude and had a “it takes as long as it takes” response. Maybe Bossier knows basic customer service 🤷♂️ #RudeRhonda

This was the worst experience ever I have ever had. I ordered a refrigerator on Oct 31st to be delivered to my home. The schedule date was for Nov 12 th. I got a email to reschedule. So I rescheduled for the 14th. A dew days before the 14th I got a email to call to reschedule again. I called the number with no reply back . Took the 14th off from work to make sure I was there for delivery because the date was nit changed on order in the app. No show for the 14th. Called and they said to reschedule again for 20th .I just canceled the order. Im so disappointed, best buy has always been my go to . I seen reviews where this happens to other people ,but I didn't think it would happen to me.

Update: Billy Henry with the cell phone sales made my issue and bad feeling about this store a lot better. Even 3 days after the unfortunate event happened with my phone he was reaching out and got me back in the store to resolve everything for me. He didn’t even have to go that far but he made sure I wasn’t going to wrongly billed by a partner company for a product I never got. He definitely had my best interests at heart here. If you need a phone or upgrade in cell service go speak to him. He will shoot you straight. Best Buy needs to give him a bump in pay and promotion, cause you won’t find many employees out there with his c/s skills. Even the bosses above him weren’t willing to help as much as he did. Thank you Billy! We will do business together soon. The minus one star is still because the supervisors there don’t do jack when issues arise to nip them in the bud.
