- DKDaniel KerrJan 19, 20261.0I've had Cricket for several years now and went into the Opelousas Louisiana store add another line. The service was fine, but the associate charged me $30 for a wall charging block that I did not ask for since I got a new phone. I didn't realize this until I got home and looked at the receipt then found the charging block in the bag. I went back the next day to return it and was told I could only exchange it and they could not credit my account for something I never asked for. The assistant manager was great and trying to make it right, but people above her said I'm stuck with it or exchange it. Apparently screwing a customer out of money they didn't intend to spend and keeping the profit is more important than making it right. I would steer clear of this store unless you want to get charged for something you didn't want and then told you're stuck with it.
