My cell phone had been stolen and compromised the night before. I got a new phone, that was fine but then two days later I received an alert and the same employee who helped me purchase an additional 1phone 16 pro on my account. Verizon Corporate verified this and said they were going to take it from there. The Manager of the store NEVER called me as I left a message the next day after I found out about this. Still looking for them to reach out. Verizon remover the additional phone from my account, but I still had some extra charges from it. VERY, VERY Shady. Looking for the manager to make it right but crickets…

Went into this store and was told the phone is definitely broke (which it wasnt but that didnt stop the employee from laughing about it with his trainee) and my only option was to buy a new phone. I was eligible for a free phone with no change in service plan which the employee argued the only way to get the phone was to change the plan. Also because this store is operated by Russell Wireless returning the phone I really didn't need has been a hassle. This store only cares about upselling and not about helping verizon customers.

One, was the manager, tall, young, Black gentleman, and the other young Latino gentleman. My phone carrier couldn’t help me with a final step due to an issue on my side. So I had to go into a brick and mortar location. They were pleasant, calm, fast and efficient. Knowles, timely and kind! Would come back again!! Visited in: 08/28/2025, morning.
