Went in to this store yesterday to finally get my iPhone 17 pro .I’m sure there tec Sarah robbed me of a I phone 13 pro max with one terabyte of data . Went in on the 12th to get a 3rd tablet for my Business . With already having four separate devices and services with Verizon. I was told that I had to open a 2nd company account. that I would be joining in on a promotional plan for one free phone and one free device with a $50 activation fee .also with a trade-in of a iPhone 13 Pro Max plus with one terabyte of data .very rare phone !!!after Sarah begin working on the case and assured me that I was eligible for their promotional plan of a free phone and free device. Also with the trade-in …she set up the tablet and told me to come back the next day for the iPhone 17 Pro.. after spending six hours in Verizon I then went back on the next day and set another 5 hrs waiting for the tec Sarah to finish setting everything up and give me my iPhone 17. Still no I phone 17. after enrolling and a second company account signing onto a promotional deal, Sarah still only managed to give me half of the promotion which would be the tablet . After taking my trade in iPhone 13 Pro Max plus I still had no iPhone 17 in my possession. I was then told to come back a third time to give Sarah time to fix whatever complication she was running into after several days of being in contact with Sarah trying to come back in and get my iPhone 17 I finally after two weeks Sarah set a date to come back in on the 28th to come pick up my iPhone 17. Upon arrival of me expecting just to come pick up my other half of my promotional deal Sarah comes back out from the back after 2 1/2 hours and tells me that I now have to pay over $364.. me being very confused how I would have to pay $364 when I already signed into a promotional plan two weeks ago for a free phone and a free device and my credit was already ran and approved . I chose the opt out of the promotion if I had to pay over $300 which was supposed to be a free promotion and trading in a iPhone 13 Pro Max plus one terabyte the data. I didn’t realize why they were trying to charge me $364. Sarah went in the back and talked with other coworkers there for over 2 1/2 hours .they could not find my trade-in so now they lost the iPhone 13 Pro Max plus which was in their possession that still had all my personal information bank accounts pictures videos nothing erased . At this still have not given me any paperwork on the iPhone 13 Pro Max plus they still refuse to give me no credit for the iPhone 13 Pro Max plus .they were charging me the $300 because they lost my trade-in and now I would have to pay that outstanding balance. After going through several Verizon locations trying to get better results I was downgraded disrespected, told that Verizon don’t have thieves, and that they don’t know what i wanted them to do for them. I was told by other staffs at their local Metairie store after reviewing all documents and proof that I should just forget about it or call the cops, that it would probably cost me more money than the phone was worth which is a $2000 phone and I would have to pay to get cameras rewound..witch still says its last known location of the phone . so I guess now it’s time to get an attorney😞I have all proof and documents . Still have just a tablet and a company account on there promotion . How can I have half the promotion 🤦‍♂️ I do not suggest going to the Carrollton store or Metairie store something very illegal and very shady is going on. someone help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This people are absolutely clueless regarding what they doing. That manager JD or something just care about updating you things and nothing else, period. The only person that is normal is Sarah, everyone else is just sad parody on customer service. I asked to connect one line with one phone, so simple, this people, connected two iPods, no phone, charged me for all that (I don't even have the device they said I have), when I told them to fix it they just told me to go home and try calling the customer service, they are experts only on waisting your time, so sad sad place

In-store service was excellent. Unfortunately Verizon phone customer service is a hot mess, with 20+ minute wait times and call disconnects. Verizon lets you add service and options online, but not change or cancel. Not even the customer reps in the store can do that; you have to call into their customer Service number which is, as I mentioned, a hot mess. Shout out to Kiandra and Terrence in the store, for helping me get through to customer service and complete my service changes. They apologized that they couldn’t help me directly, but they were able to somehow get me connected to an expedited phone rep to finalize my service changes.

Horrible phone service for my business. Tried to transport out they make you pay for the equipments Even though I wasn’t agreed from it from start. They had a third party team come into my business and trick you buying into their equipments and services plans. They would not even try to work with you to help you get out plans. Verizon got really lucky that I give them 1 star rating cause I would give them no star
