I’ve visited this Best Buy location multiple times over the past few weeks, and every single experience has been disappointing.
I came in intending to purchase both a phone and a laptop, but ended up leaving empty-handed each time due to extremely poor customer service. Despite multiple staff members being present, no one was willing to genuinely assist. You’re asked, “How can I help you?”- but beyond that, there is no real follow-through.
On one visit, I was trying to view an iPhone on display but couldn’t even access it properly. When I asked for help, the response was dismissive: “It is what it is.” No effort was made to assist or demonstrate the product.
On another visit, I asked about Lenovo laptops (specifically a ThinkPad). I was vaguely told they “should be there,” but when I couldn’t find it and asked for help, the response felt irritated and reluctant. Eventually, I was told it was out of stock..something that could have been checked upfront instead of wasting time.
I’ve even visited with my 2.5-year-old toddler, standing there waiting patiently, and still received no acknowledgment or basic courtesy from the staff.
It honestly feels like customers are an inconvenience here rather than the reason the store exists. The lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and basic courtesy is unacceptable.
I kept returning only because this is the closest location to me..but after repeated negative experiences, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere if you expect even minimal customer service.
