  Came in this morning explain what I needed to do no help at all he didn't even bother to open up the account to see what was going on it doesn't matter if u just sell phones I knew what I was talking about and even if u didn't understand u still could have look into it with the number provided that I was given u and if a Verizon customer phones break u saying u won't be able to help because u work on sales make it make since but I did get the help I need and not from this store .thanks but no thanks if anybody need help don't go to this store cause there answer will be we work in sales

  Poor customer service during the recall of the Note 7. Went to store numerous times to try to turn it in but each attempt I failed.
