  The service rep /young man I asked if external Sim card he was selling me would work with my phone ..he replied should then he said insert your debit card to pay..he received my payment..I asked can you at least ck to be sure..he threw me a Sims key n says sure you can ck it...he is the professional n I'm paying him..I would have expected for him to help me..also it was easy to see he was low energy n really didn't want to be there ..no excuse to be so thoughtless n lazy..that site is not recommended..

  Came from AT&T and Victoria took her time with me as I was having trouble getting the transfer pin. She made sure I was taken care of. She had AT&T customer service send me the transfer and made sure everything was correct. She even switched all my information to my new iPhone. I’m amazed as how quick Victoria did the process, she even showed me how to work the new iPhone with all its new AI intelligence. Thanks Victoria.

  Came in store with my husband this morning I was the first customer he had service set up at Walmart but he’s not able to receive no text from customer service from cricket wireless no pin in other words that’s why I came in store young man was in store I feel he should have helped better than what he did two others customers came in after us but the store wasn’t busy at all and we was the first all I wanted to do is for him to call customer service being that he he works for cricket wireless to and he was able to verify customer info why not calling customer service and do it that way to get the pin set up I explain it to him when we arrived but he just gave the phone back to us and said about calling customer service why you couldn’t call being that I work for the company there should have been a way for u to call customer service to get thru instead I giving the phone back to us and going check the other customers out after I told u we couldn’t get thru beacause of the pin but ok
