  Highly don't recommend. This Authorized Verizon Retailer allowed an unauthorized user (my mother) to finance a $1000 phone on my account without my husband's or my prior authorization (we are the only authorized users on the account). We would have been responsible for paying the monthly installments for the phone, not my mother. I instructed my mom tp return the phone because she could get a free upgrade at the actual verizon store. When the phone was returned, this Authorized Retailer still charged my mother fees for a transaction that they knew they should not have performed in the first place. My mother is old and knows little about phones. They told her that her current phone was broken and couldn't be repaired (not true because it still works). Then convinced her to finance an IPhone 16. I would not recommend any one to visit the store as currently managed.

  Will was great! He assisted me in switching over to Verizon and explained all options. Very nice

  Will the manager was amazing ! He did his best to make sure i walked out with everything i wanted in the price range i wanted. I was shocked and I will be going back for any of my Verizon needs !
