- MMMarissa MaySep 24, 20251.0I went in to trade my sister’s 11 pro for a 17 pro that I was going to get but I had a 13 pro to give to her already. They refused to because they said it wasn’t the same number, but my dad pays for all of the phones so he should be able to trade whatever phone and give whatever phone that he wants to whoever. One of the workers was very confused on how to do anything and confused us about the process so she talked to the manager on the phone about the whole ordeal. At first they said the 17 pro would be free with a trade-in then changed their minds and everything just went downhill. Because the workers didn’t know how to do it, they just refused it and made up a lie that Verizon changed their policy. What should’ve taken 30 minutes took almost 2 hours. I went to another Verizon and got it taken care of so please go to another location such as the one in West Monroe or Ruston for experienced help. At this location, there was lack of customer service and training of their staff.
