Went to pickup and wasn't ready. I explained my son was flying the next morning and needed it. Manager was very rude. He said it was in the store but hasn't been pulled. He wouldn't go get it. They sent me a text the next day, 1 hour after my son got on plane. I've always bought from best buy, but after this, I will not shop there anymore.
