  No air conditioning. Dude selling rib plates in the parking lot and panhandlers asking for money. Staff told me they had no MacBook airs in stock I had to go online and show him they had one in stock. A potentially lost $1200 sale bc of antiquated systems.

  Walked in looking for a starlink staff was very helpful was out of there in fifteen minutes. knowledgeable staff no issues

  In person service is great. The phone line is horrible 10/10 hope they remove. Can't even talk to anyone at the store it just hangs up on me. Bad customer service over the phone. Hate the ai

  Alot of shady stuff happens at this place. Workers stealing, workers not actually working they just sit there until told to help the customer who has been in the back for 30 minutes. Workers offering services that aren't sold by best buy. Had an appointment with in home and the people never showed. I make orders and my items magically dissappear after I got the confirmation email saying it was ready. My 16 year old son was coerced into signing up for a best buy card even after telling the guy he was 16 luckily it denied. Ive been coming to this store for a while because unfortunately it's the only one close but im tired of all this. Yall need a whole new crew or something. The same manager has been there through all of the shady stuff. It trickles down. Geek squad is no help. You wait all that time just for some long haired boy to say um i dont know whats wrong with it. Might as well shut the whole store down. Do better best buy. Ive been to other stores and this one is the worse.
