- RARocky AguiDec 8, 20255.0I talked to the lady at the front desk and the vet on the phone, our case was severe enough to make it in that same day. My dog came in with some skin infection through out the body, ears and mouth. If it wasn't treated very soon she might have came down with arthritis at a much younger age. The price was reasonable for such a soon visit. Overall, am very happy with the quick recovery of my pet, and with the handling of the situation from the vet and her assistant. I will be going back to this location for later visits.

Our visit with the doctor and the vet techs was great up until right when we were checking out at the front counter. While checking out an older lady with a small dog ON A LEASH walked through the front door behind us and an unleashed German Shepherd k9 ran over and attacked the small dog. He bit the dog on its rear end then grabbed him on the back of the neck and violently shook it. It took the police officer way too long to intervene. A handful of staff tried their best, while many other stood frozen in the background. Luckily I was holding my pug when we walked out of the vets office. This was completely preventable. They need to enforce proper procedures and rules about having dogs leashed when they come in the office. They rushed us into a side room after the incident and stated that the lady was being “dramatic”.
