  Don't use them, not dependable, poor diag. on computer. Took off a whole day waiting for installation of a 85" Tv. No one showed up, called and said they couldn't make it. Sent computer in for repair, they said needed new screen, would have to ship it off. Took computer for another opinion and found the mouse was bad.

  On November 13, 2025, Jesse helped my mother-in-law with her computer, and he was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that made the whole process so easy to understand. Geek Squad — Jesse is truly a standout and a huge asset to your company! I was also on the phone with him during the appointment, and he was just as pleasant and upbeat with me as he was with her. Outstanding service all around!

  Nearly three months ago I sent my laptop out to be repaired with Geek Squad since I bought the computer at Best Buy. I get the initial email about approving repairs fairly timely. However, after numerous attempts I am unable to reach anyone at the number provided on the email. There are outrageous wait times and I put myself on several call back lists to never receive a call back. Then I get an email that the laptop is ready for pickup in the store. GREAT! I think. But when I get to the store, I find it unrepaired and simply sent back because I “never approved repairs”. Being a full time student this was very frustrating. So I sent it back out AGAIN. I again get the approval to repair fairly quickly and call the store this time to approve. Over 2 months pass without being able to get any solid answers from anyone as to what’s going on. Finally I Force the issue and get the first solid answer. I was told the computer was repaired and would be send back out to me soon. Several days later, still no update. Call again.... will be mailed soon... several more days and I finally get the email that it’s back at the store. Only when I get there it’s with a note that ITS STILL NOT FIXED. Nearly three months and talking to several people and nobody could tell me what was going on? Clearly nobody there knows what’s going on. That’s okay! I’ll take my computer and send it direct to HP to be fixed. In the mean time I was happy to go ANYWHERE else to buy a computer. In the future, any repairs that I need done will be done so locally. The benefit of Geek Squad is the affordability and efficiency that comes with a large company. I’ll put my money elsewhere. This place has become a joke.

  Kevin was professional and extremely patient with all my questions. He clarified everything and did everything that was required of him. I would recommend his services to anybody that needs help with there computor. Brenda Douglas
