Not helpful at all. We were looking for an electric kettle. The customer service said they have it. After 15 minutes of search we could not find it and left the store. Poor service.

I was reminded today of how important brick and mortar stores truly are. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted, asked why I was there, and directed to where in the store I needed to go. I was also asked if I wanted a store employee to meet me there to assist me. WOW!!!!!
This wonderful customer service continued even through check out. Whoever is managing this store…keep up the awesome work! Y’all have something great going.

It's best buy you know what you going to get before you go but some of the staff could be more polite and approachable. I understand not every day you are at your 100 but to always get mideocre service is a reason to not wanting to go back

I've been here a couple times recently to buy cell phones. The staff is always very courteous and helpful. But the items on display are not always in stock and that can be a little frustrating. But my daughter loved her new phone and I wind up saving a hundred bucks on the phone we did end up choosing.

If this review was just got Best Buy itself, I’d give it a 5! Everyone that works at Best Buy has been nothing short of amazing and helpful.
HOWEVER, AT&T in Best Buy is an absolute scam & I am in disbelief that Best Buy allows them to sell within their facility and to flat out lie to get their sale.
When my husband and I were convinced to make the switch from Verizon to AT&T, We were extremely excited for the transition. However, I quickly realized everything the salesman was a lie.
I was not fully informed of things I needed to do to receive my rebate, I was also falsely informed regarding their “next up anytime” program.
And lastly, the salesman created my account and did not even give me my information such as my pin.
When I had returned the following day to retrieve my pin he had created, I was told that the salesman bounce around Different Locations.
Retrieving my pin was a journey in itself.
I wish Best Buy did not allow These authorized retailers within their store or at least would require them to be more honest And upfront.
When I went to an AT&T corporate store and found out that everything that I was told was indeed a lie, I was absolutely disgusted because I don’t understand how someone can lie to simply make a sale.
Finally, the Best Buy store in general is amazing and their employees are beyond doubtful however, if you are looking to start a service I would avoid Best Buy at all cost when it comes to AT&T.
