I would gladly do it again, because they went out of their way to make sure I got the repair I needed. I really appreciated that! I got a battery replacement service. I’m glade I went directly to an Apple Store for this. They did an amazing job with my battery replacement. I’m so happy with the service I got and what they did to accommodate my personal situation. My phone looks better now than it did before. I wish I had gotten all of their names, but everyone was assisting a customer and I didn’t want to disturb them. They stay really busy though, so I highly recommend making an appointment, and keeping it. Otherwise, you will be registered as a walk in and have to wait to be serviced. I was late to my appointment and this happened to me. I didn’t mind waiting at all because they went out of their way to assist me. Just something to consider when you go there. However, this is completely out of the employees control, but I can tell they all do their very best to take care of everyone.
