I do not recommend visiting this location.
1st attempt: I scheduled an appointment for service, and the outcome unfortunately worsened the issue with my iPhone. After speaking with a senior advisor, I was informed that a replacement would be necessary due to a software-related problem.
2nd attempt: I returned to the store and waited approximately 15 minutes without being assisted. I then requested to speak with a manager named Aria. Unfortunately, she appeared uninterested in helping and was dismissive in her response.
I have visited this Apple Store twice, and my issue remains unresolved. Overall, the experience was disappointing and a poor use of time.

Everyone who works here is very nice. I don’t understand an appt reservation system that requires customers to wait 30+ minutes past their appt time. Perhaps management could consider providing fewer time windows so that the appointment windows actually mean something.

Went to pickup an apple watch from an online order. It wasn't much of a hassle. It was pretty busy but the pickup line and process went smooth. It is a nice store inside of Lakeside Mall and it's suitable for the events they hold for customers.

Complete waste of time trying to get service from this store, not to mention quite rude customer service from the person who “helped” me. I made an appointment several days ahead of time for a battery replacement on a specific phone. I showed up for the appointment, and only then was told (1) “your battery is charged to 89 percent and we can only change the battery if it’s below 50 percent,” AND (2) “we don’t have this battery in stock.” As for the first issue, since I made an appointment specifically to replace the battery, why wasn’t that condition mentioned? And as for the second, since I made an appointment specifically to replace the battery on this phone model, why didn’t anyone actually make sure that battery was in stock before giving me that appointment? The store assistant who told me all this seemed completely unbothered by the fact that I had wasted an hour of my time due to Apple’s poorly designed system, did not apologize even once, and did not offer any way to remedy the situation at all. Unreal. Do better, Apple.
