    The customer service needs major improvement. I waited for over 30 minutes for a pickup order, which required no payment. Multiple team members assisting/talking to one person. Seems like a mismanagement of personnel and an overall lack of urgency.

    Worst Apple store. Every time I go in there. Majority of the workers are unfriendly. I wanted to buy an iPhone for a friend and the guy instantly got very upset and rude because I didn’t want to scan the QR and share the details of my phone. Sir, it’s my phone. I can do what I’d like with my data. But other than that, I’ve been in there over 10 times and always a bad experience. 2/10 stars

    I walked into the store to get my screen changed out because there is a nasty scratch on it…I thought it was a crack through the screen but the store decided to say it was cosmetic and not covered under warranty. The store made that determination…and despite me paying for insurance for all my apple products, they decided that unless my screen is unusable, then it won’t be replaced. I was looking for a reason to change from apple to Samsung…this is it. Apple is coming out with all same phones, all same features, no new innovation. If I can’t get a simple screen replaced because the employees at the Apple Store decided my issue was cosmetic, then maybe they’ve lost their way to realize that customers are the reason they are still relevant. I’ll never go to this store again. Aside from the first person that helped me, the rest of the employees were nasty.
