  I want to personally recognize Alexis, a Technical expert at the Apple Store, for delivering an outstanding customer experience. Alexis went far above and beyond to help me with my issue. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to fully understand my concerns, walked me through everything step by step, and made sure I was completely taken care of before I left. What truly set Alexis apart was her attitude and dedication. She didn’t just fix the”problem” she made the entire experience smooth, and genuinely positive. Her level of care and attention to detail is rare, and it reflects extremely well on Apple as a whole. Employees like Alexis are the reason customers continue to trust and value Apple. I sincerely hope her leadership team recognizes the impact she’s making, because she represents the highest standard of customer service. Thank you again, Alexis, for going above and beyond. It truly made a difference.

While maintaining security is important, the overall customer experience would benefit from a more balanced approach—one that ensures safety without compromising respect and inclusivity. A more welcoming and customer-focused attitude would significantly improve the perception of the store and encourage a more positive shopping experience.

  Did an iPhone trade-in in store after I purchased the phone, went there 6 days later for the trade-in, the guy told me the estimated amount, checked the card, I put my email as he asked for said everything was clear, didn’t receive an email confirmation, now they are saying they cannot do anything…that was on March 6th!

  I brought my cracked phone to get the screen replaced. Paid for it. They said they couldn’t do it the same day even though I arrived at 11am. I said I will pick it up tomorrow. I went to pick up my phone the next day and they cracked my phone screen bigger. They didn’t offer to fix it. I told them they cracked my phone after I paid them to fix it. They said they would fix it for free this time. I had to pick it up the next day. Day 3, I go to pick up my phone. No one helped me for 30 minutes after arriving. I got my phone, but there’s still a tiny crack on the screen. It took 3 days for this Apple Store to fix a phone, and they damaged my phone in the process. Horrible experience.

  Awfulllll customer service. One of the techs literally looked at us walk and took the next guest . We stood there for 15 mins no acknowledgment at allll
