So far I'm really happy with the price and service. However I'm giving this location one star less because the employee here told me the Galaxy 9 was discontinued because it's obsolete and recalled since the 10 came out. If you have any knowledge about phones, or access to the cricket website, you know this isn't true, I mean they still sell the iPhone 6's and those are on like 8 now I think. I don't know I'm an Android person myself. A simple we don't carry it in stock would have been sufficient enough, but when employees start assuming things you end up getting a lot of communication problems between provider and customer, which then leads to unhappy customers because they were told something that isn't true. If I can get the Galaxy 9 in a Cricket store 30 minutes away and I'm specifically looking for a Galaxy 9, I shouldn't be told a lie just so the employee can make a sale. But everyone makes mistakes so I'm not getting all butt hurt over it, I just know when I go to get the 9 I'll be getting it from DeRidder store or online.
Very bad customer service. I purchased a prepaid service with a special on it. It didn't work on the day I sign and was absolutely promised I will get my money back the next day .well the next day I was told it is not possible now and bottom line I am out of money that I was entitled and promised. I call this false advertising and straight out lying. Do not believe anything you get promised there, because you will be left very disappointed.
