  The guy Tyreek or Ty might be spelling it wrong but at the store he was very informative and very helpful . He explained what we was getting ,very clear and concise .

  Meghan was top notch and so helpful to me in getting my new IPhone and switching over from an android. She was patient but yet efficient. Technically she was very knowledgeable.

  Billy was amazing in assisting with not one but 2 transactions and major account overhaul. He took the time to walk us through the entire process, and wasn’t pushy at all. He did exactly what his title is “sales consultant”. He consulted us on different options and routes to take in order to save money long term, with the best outcomes, and ultimately led to the proper decisions we made. Set up our new phones and accounts and had wonderful conversation while going through the processes. Left with new phones, with better protections and safeguards, money saved, and without any questions left unanswered. Would definitely recommend Billy, for any of your Verizon needs!

  The customer service I recieved during the purchase of the IPhone 17 ProMax was excellent! Ty answered my questions and provided kind reassurance to me. I am a long time Verizon customer because I can rely on the professionalism and courtesy of Verizon staff and Ty was an example of the service I rely on. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I know that I can depend on the Prien Lake Verizon store to continue to service my needs in the future.
