  Black manager in store is horrible at customer service. I literally watched her count down last 10 seconds on phone before opening door for us to get inside. Then after we got inside obviously was not wanting to do her job. They just replaced one of my businesses 5 phones with a bad phone. Was told to bring it in and they would get another one coming. Now she is telling me I have to deal with customer service. Verizon use to be the best but I’m convinced that they are about the worst now all the way around. Internet service and customer service as well. This manager is definitely not a good look for the store. Managers name is Destiny. You would be much better without her. Ok I’m adding on to my review. Unfortunately it’s not to say things are better. I own two businesses and have 5 lines. Years ago Verizon was the best. Best Customer service and best coverage. I cannot believe how badly both have gone down. My help has their little t Moble and Walmart phones and have way better internet than I do. This is sick!! I cannot even download anything in half of lake Charles. The favorite thing to put it off on is a “bad phone” Verizon I’m on phone 5. It isn’t the phone. It’s you. Get it together or you will loose lots of loyal customers like me who have been here paying for many years. Let me tell you a little secret. Graywood has no coverage at all w Verizon. I’m sure you know this but why hasn’t it been resolved in 7 years? Apparently ppl that live there have other service. Who is looking at these things saying hey there is a large market there if we just get a tower close. Why am I even ranting. You will not fix. Again!!

  Was in trying to apply a $200 gift card I received from Verizon to my monthly bill like I was advised to do so and I was a little confused on my new monthly bill and was wanting it better explained to me and BEN WAS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL ANS HAD A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE to the point that one of his co workers I had to tell him to go to the back room, I understand having a long hard day but the way he conducted himself in front of me and my children absolutely upset me beyond words.. the gentleman who ended up taking his time to answer all my questions and help me better understand was absolutely phenomenal and I wish I would of gotten his name because he absolutely went above and beyond for me with just being kind and patient. BEN needs some serious training in customer service and how to handle situations.

  Switched to Verizon from AT&T several years ago and have been VERY pleased with their products and service.
