Having waited patiently for at least 15 minutes to speak to someone about a common and simple problem, a young lady finally answered the phone with nothing but questions and no answers.. You could ask her a question and it would just get quiet as if you had lost the connection. Finally the connection was lost due to her hanging up on me. If I could find out who that was I would certainly talk to her superior. If they started giving stuff away for free I wouldn't go over there!
