Very nice workers. However the cashier rang up my order and told me “he went ahead and added the warranty with them to the total” i asked “how much it was” $150. Extra dollars,..ummm no absolutely not, so i had to ask him to take it off bc i didn’t ask for that, which then made the whole interaction become awkward and my anxiety was right there roof. Please train your cashiers to not “add“ anything to someone’s total without total 100% confirmation from the customer.
I actually did my reserve weeks before purchasing my computer,i knew exactly what i wanted and what i was getting im satisfied with my hp warranty i didn’t need their warranty as well, had he asked me, he would have known that.
Anyways,i love my computer !
