- MIMakePeaceb4 its2LateAug 25, 20251.0Got a battery September 29th with a 2 year warranty, it died like 3 months ago, it's pretty complicated to take out, so I get a mechanic to take it out to return the battery today, and 2 men working the counter stated that I couldn't return the battery, gave some confusing explanation of why I wasn't able to return it, stated that I had to pay $115.00 today and even more in the month that the battery WILL EXPIRE which is September 2025..neither worker asked to see the battery that I was referring to and it seemed as if they were just ready to close the store and go home, What is the warranty here for a 47-6 battery? Please advise because this is very unlikely, unexpected, unfair and not being able to retrieve a replacement battery if this battery went bad within the warranty period WASN'T explained to me when I spent my hard earned $137.44 here.What they wasn't aware of is that I am in the top 10% of Google's TOP reviewers for businesses, I need someone to contact me as soon as possible, this is very unexpected and being apart of the AutoParts industry since 2013 myself this is unacceptable especially for all of those customers I've referred and sent there because they wasn't able to afford our batteries You all need to put whatever stipulations, conditions on the receipt, advise the customer upon the inquiry of a purchase, post it up around the store for customers to see, I am very disappointed in Battery Warehouse.
