    Went in looking for information on a product... I was not greeted as I walked in and couldn't find anyone on sale floor for help. After looking for several minutes I finally found the product I wanted but it was more expensive then I thought it would be. With no help from a store employee to answer questions I had I left without making purchase. Store was not organized will and full of clutter and products not on shelves. I will not return to this store!

    Jaden and Blaine went above and beyond to help with finding the best last minute gifts! Jaden was extremely knowledgeable about Gaming PCs and made sure that we were getting the best quality product. We will find Jaden for future purchases. Thank you!

    Went here for black Friday sale, asked 3 different employees for help and each one answered by pointing in a direction of the item..not one person helped me with a purchase...we wanted a PlayStation bundle...ended up at Walmart where they actually located items we asked about and made friendly and knowledgeable conversation while securing this sale..but not Best buy..all you get is a point in the direction and that is all...employees everywhere with no help in sight 👀
