And whoever was there yesterday REFUSED to give decent customer service by instructing my mother to simply call me to have her added to the plan as an authorized user. They could have easily did that but instead they sent her away. And if you are wondering, they were 2 caucasian ladies: one with blonde hair and dark colored hair who worked yesterday evening, 12/8/2025. I am truly sick of yall lazy customer service!!!

She had spoken with technical support on the phone but kept getting the run around. We stopped in to see if we could get help but the gentleman called Assurian and then he left her and went home while she was on the phone. Now if this isn't horrible customer service, I don't know what is. It's been 20 yrs with Verizon and I think it's enough. We went to Walmart to find out it was just the battery and no water damage. After 7 days ,it took 30 minutes to fix her phone. Bye bye Verizon, you are no longer any good.
