She had spoken with technical support on the phone but kept getting the run around. We stopped in to see if we could get help but the gentleman called Assurian and then he left her and went home while she was on the phone. Now if this isn't horrible customer service, I don't know what is. It's been 20 yrs with Verizon and I think it's enough. We went to Walmart to find out it was just the battery and no water damage. After 7 days ,it took 30 minutes to fix her phone. Bye bye Verizon, you are no longer any good.

Tom and Viet worked on my Samsung phone prior and still had problems so I wanted the Google pro , Carla waited on me and gave me a Google 10 , even though Tom told her the day before to give me the Google 10 pro and the cost would be 55.00 . I was on a Verizon loyalty program where after 9 months I was paying 28.50 per month. I was charged 63.43 and told I would I get 10.00 off with Auto pay. This was on a Saturday, I came back Monday with my not having any incoming or outgoing service , a trainee solved the problem and Shane put me on auto pay , there's something shady about Carla,which I won't post . I received a text from Verizon saying my auto payment was made for 63.43 no 10.00 discount given. This afternoon (sun) Verizon sent a text telling me to go paperless. According to the previous text of processing my auto payment, I thought I was . I'm paying double, did not receive Google 10 pro phone advertised on t. V., and now finding out I didn't get the 10.00 off bill.
