Had an issue with my AirPods so I came to Best Buy and the guy at customer service was very helpful in helping me find if I had AppleCare plus or not. Of course he didn’t fix the AirPods himself, but he made figuring out which next steps to take very easy. I had to get his name before I left. So shout out to you Rudy!

I am so frustrated. I scheduled an appointment to have new appliances delivered weeks ago. The window they gave me was 7am-7pm, so I sat at home all day waiting and they never showed. Every customer support avenue leads to a robot or a foreign call center who can’t provide any information. So I just have no idea what happened to my thousands of dollars worth of appliances. This is insane!
