    Beyond frustrated. He attempted to sell a iPhone 16 plus to my 85 year old grandmother and disabled uncle who know nothing about iPhones. When I discovered what was done while I wasn’t present I immediately asked him to return the devices (same day same hour) and cancel whatever was done. I was even willing to pay the restock fee back to them. He ONLY returned the devices but never canceled the agreements, never cancelled the additional line on the account that was added, didn't reactivate my uncles previous phone (never said anything until we realize he couldn’t make a call a day later)….and we were still being charged for the additional line. Didn’t know any of this until today where I was on the phone with customer service, activation, and technical support for 2 HOURS trying to correct this mess. And the upsetting part of it all is I know the representative who assisted my family. Derek, you really should be ashamed of yourself!!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The customer service was horrible, and I felt they were trying to take advantage of me, possibly due to my age. On my initial visit, I placed an online order for in-store pickup for wifi to expedite the process, given the long wait times. However, an assistant manager canceled my order without my consent, which was highly unprofessional. Despite the efforts of one helpful employee, Jordan, I left after two and a half hours without resolving my issue. Returning today, the service did not improve. The representative immediately selected the most expensive plan without consulting my preferences, necessitating a cancellation and reorder, further wasting my time. Overall, I found the attitude of two out of three staff members to be unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience.

    Told me how much the bill would be before ordering never could get that price so I cancelled now they want more than what my bill was supposed to be
