    I was having issues with the port process taking too long with the number transfer from my old carrier, visited Bobby at the store and he got the port process expedited and my new phone finally working in minutes after spending hours over chat in the app with technical support over 10 days. Bobby was knowledgeable and professional. Thanks again!

    The manager is rude!!! This place is a JOKE!!!! Been getting the run around on a refund for over a month now....Manager needs to get a new job if she dont like this one!!! Who answers a phone at a business saying yea because you see its my number calling you about my refund that YOU should've gave back to me NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

    Verizon is a pathetic company. Every time I called a store I got a robot. I hate robots. I have been a customer since cellular one sold out. Was on phone for over an hour and all I needed was a battery! What a joke they are. Used to be able to call, request a battery and have it on the way in under 10 minutes ! Get rid of the idiot robot and hire real people ! Verizon owner ...... listen up ! YOU ARE LOOSING CUSTOMERS ! Lol even the Jetsons cartoon 50 yrs ago are better than you now ! Disgusted customer
