I apologize I don’t have her card with me but I think she is the store manager. She knows how to deal with Amy kind of issues but since it’s has been acting crazy for a month now, I went ahead and upgraded my 14 pro max to the 17 pro max. I was extremely busy that day and didn’t have time to sit and wait, I had been in there so often I trusted her to leave both of my phones why they completed the transfers process! By the time I got back she has everything ready for me in a bag! Grade A service! Thank you for all of your help!
