BEWARE of the return policy. 14 days… Best Buy lost me as a previously new customer that was warned not to do business with them. Should’ve listened to my warning. NEVER again. The manager was not polite.

Horrible return policy! You better carefully read your receipt. I was recently told I couldn't return an unopened TV mount because it was one day over the deadline! Like a Best Buy branded TV Mount goes bad? Don't understand why they can't accept returns and charge a restock fee. You better read your receipt carefully or you will get stuck like I did. I will never shop here again!

I bought a insignia charger from these people. Cost me $65 and I used it maybe 6 times then it breaks. One month after they won't let me return it. Best buy is trash

Went to upgrade an iPad , I asked multiple time for help and got no answers the staff was more interested in there phone and other people.i walked out empty handed.
Go here if you know exactly what you want and are knowledgeable in electronics cause they only talk to people that are in there age group. Walked away very disappointed.
