  Diamond is one of the most selfless and kind people at cricket . She helps you multiple people at one time she multitask with a smile on her face and no stress . She makes you feel like you are special and you are a customer that matters. I’ve been coming here 9 years if she leaves I probably will leave too No one has helped me like diamond. She makes this company and this location one of the best locations to go to.. Not only is she one of the hardest workers she truly cares about Us her customers I could go on and on

  I want to give a big shoutout to Diamond at Cricket Wireless for being absolutely amazing! I have learning disabilities that make it hard for me to fully understand things the first time they’re explained. Sometimes I need information repeated or broken down in different ways before it clicks, which can make shopping for phone plans stressful or overwhelming. Diamond was so patient, kind, and understanding the entire time. She never made me feel rushed or embarrassed for asking questions or needing extra help. She took her time to explain everything clearly until I truly understood my options. I’ve been to Verizon and AT&T before, and I’ve never received the kind of compassion and patience that Diamond showed me. She made me feel respected, comfortable, and confident in my decision. Cricket Wireless is very lucky to have someone like her — thank you so much, Diamond!

She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best plan and phone for my needs. You can tell she actually enjoys helping people. Her energy is warm and professional, and she explains everything clearly without rushing or pressuring you. It’s rare to find someone who combines kindness, expertise, and honesty like that.
