  I Would give a lower rating if it wasn't for Superior. The dude who sold me my phone was sweet at first. He convinced me to get the Motorola Razr Flip, saying he would have that phone if he didn't have the phone he had. I came back in not even 14 days later from the phone breaking and he apologized. He sent me to cricket protection line and it was back and forth trying to see if I could get it fixed from the manufacturer. I did. I got the second phone in and I made sure not to fold it regardless of it being a flip phone. I dropped it once and it started glitching out. I go back to Cricket and the same guy tells me that that's why he doesn't sell those phones. Don't lie to me, cricket lost my service from this. I went back to be able to port my number and Superior was super kind. She helped get the transfer pin number to avoid paying $10 for the SIM card itself

  I came into this Airline Crickett location feeling overwhelmed and discouraged about not being able to transfer my email to my new phone!! A nice young lady by the name of Bressa helped me and even though it took her a little time she did not give up on my problem!! I am so grateful that she was able to fix my problem and even connected my blue tooth to my car!! I would like to Thank Her for her customer service it was a 10 out of 10!!😊

  Dont corrolate american dys or time. They are onphone in other country which u unaware must exactly state wich date for what time zone.
