Words can not express the love I have for this location. I had recently received an email stating that I needed to charge my BB cc before a certain upcoming date, otherwise they would close my account. So I came in Saturday evening. From the minute I set foot on the property,I was greeted left and right. They really have super friendly and helpful staff. I was very impressed with the approach I had from various employees. The doorman asked what or where I needed to go. I simply said microwaves. He pointed to exact location. Minutes later a sales floor associate was nearby to assist me since I had no cart. Caesar helped with the description of the microwave I was looking to purchase. He also helped tote the large microwave for me to the checkout. Brian was an expert cashier and really gave me information I needed for a future purchase. Caesar returned to the front to load my large LG microwave into my vehicle. I will return. 5 stars 🤩 all the way. Bravo 👏 and thank you for all servicing well. This is 100% customer service satisfaction ❤️!

Not only were they rude they acted as if we were stupid or idiotic. Carri/Carey was extremely rude and sarcastic when we were trying to return an item that we paid in cash for and we can’t get it in cash back? Not only was she rude she had an irritated demeanor as if we were bothering them. This store is horrible they don’t help . And when we asked about when the check would come in she said “I don’t know a couple weeks or so” so clearly they aren’t well trained in their job. The workers are beyond disrespectful and rude. Not only did she chuckle when we asked about the money she proceeded to smirk in our face as if something was funny. This visit was a waste because we lost $50 and have to wait weeks if not months to get $825 back when they could’ve gave us 799 in store and 26 in cash. I find this to be utterly ridiculous and these employees are by far worse than any other employees I’ve talked to in this Best Buy. Mind you I’ve been shopping at this Best Buy since 2018 . And not only was this the first occurrence because when we tried to trade in a iPad Pro for a gift card BRYAN told me $7 when it was in good condition and had no problems but when a male came it suddenly upped to $125 which I find very odd. Yall love to downplay women at this store and I find this highly disrespectful. CAREY/CARRI & BRYAN need to be fired or have a meeting to discuss their poor work ethic. I have never met anybody this rude and disrespectful in all my years of coming here. Do better Best Buy!

Second time using their Geek Squad. First time was an absolute disaster. Had to go to Shreveport to actually get my computer fixed, Manager at the time asked me to one day give them another go. Fast forward. I go in to get something I figured was relatively easy done, A cooling fan, and add 3 tb of SSD and transfer my data to said new SSD. I get the email my computer is done! YAY! I go to pick it up and out of the 11tb im supposed to have im missing 3 WHOLE TBS.... How? Why wasnt I notified? Why do i get there and the lady that did my repairs is gone her co worker is gone and the only one there is just a CSR not an actual Computer repair person?!
I show her and all she can tell me is the person who worked on my computer is not there and that geek squad can help remotely. So cool i try that. And they literally did a scan and typed something and logged off. I saw the message after they were already gone claiming they did everything they could and that i would need to go back into the store!
CONGRATS ON SCREWING UP ONCE AGAIN BEST BUY IN BOSSIER!!!
