A very nice man came out to my car for ID, & took care of the job. Saved me from unloading the walker & hobbling in. Nice very polite gentleman & excellent service. He helped me get my phone back running when my husband and I just “knew” we were gonna have to spend $$ on a new one. Was such a relief to have a professional tell us a simpler fix to get my phone working and not have to completely cancel and start a new plan with a new phone. We will use this Verizon for all our future needs and phone purchases.
