  The customer reps were nice but when your phone needs repairing it’s kind of far to drive to the repair location especially if you are a senior

  I was an unhappy customer at the ambassador caffery location.. so I packed up and went to the Northside location where I received fast prompt and very good service from those women. Thanks!! Now we just need to get corporate not make us wait on the phone for 2 hours...

  Although I did not purchase anything from Verizon 11-30-25, Ryan at the town center location near whole foods was very patient and very informative. Great job Ryan!

  I refused to go back to this location over a year ago, but was pressed for time. I was greeted by Nisha who helped me with my trade. Super sweet & personable. The store looked like it was going through renovations b/c it’s completely different from when I use to go there. Although it didn’t look totally great in there, the atmosphere was lively & for the first time since visiting this store I felt valued as a customer.
